01 General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using kui9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we"). By creating or using an account on this Platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. kui9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or a notice on the Platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with kui9, the following conditions must be met:

03 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed for any reason, it will be resolved within 1-3 business days.

Deposit Limit

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The maximum bonus amount is BDT 5,000.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must complete wagering of 30x the total deposit plus bonus amount.
• You will have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.

Reload Bonus & Weekly Offers

• Weekly cashback and reload bonuses are available for regular players.
• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms, which are listed separately.
• Stacking multiple bonuses at the same time may not be permitted.

Referral Bonus

Both the referrer and the referred friend receive a bonus when a successful referral is made. The referred member must complete registration and make their first deposit. The referral bonus amount may change from time to time.

06 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing on kui9:

• Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before play begins.
• Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the system will automatically determine the game outcome.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. A maximum win cap may also apply per game.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kui9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or attempting to access another person's account.

• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

An account may be temporarily or permanently suspended under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.

Voluntary Account Closure
